The role of Validation Technician includes:-
Visiting client sites to carrying out professional service and validation tasks on Cleanrooms, Containment Facilities, Clean Air Devices and LEV systems
Air Change rates, pressure Differentials, particle counting, filter integrity testing & filter condition tests
Sealability Testing, microbial testing etc
Working with Fume Cupboards/ MBSC/ Laminar Flow Cabinets/ Isolators/ Downflow Booths
LEV Testing
To be considered for the role of Validation Technician, you should have relevant experience, as well as:-
Complete validation reports ensuring all contracted tasks are completed.
Minimum 2-4 years experience of Cleanroom/ Containment/ Clean Air Device and LEV Testing
P601 qualification essential as a minimum expectation
The ability to trouble shoot facility and/ or device failures to recommend remedial action/ repair by manufacturer.
You should also have:-
Excellent time management for job preparation and delivery / attention to appearance, car and uniform.
The ability to mentor and support trainee technicians.
The ability to travel UK countrywide including overnight stays where required.
