We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Sales Support Executive. This is a hands-on role working closely with the external sales team to identify opportunities, understand customer/product groups, and drive targeted campaigns that deliver real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and customer profiling to support sales.
- Maintain and maximise the CRM system.
- Produce sales and management reports.
- Support the sales team with quotes, product info, and customer insights.
- Manage website content and SEO.
- Develop LinkedIn and digital channels (organic & paid).
- Create engaging content aligned to brand guidelines.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, website, physical marketing).
- Lead bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
- Assist with incoming calls and general team support.
- Experience in website & digital content management.
- Strong CRM and data management skills.
