My client is looking to recruit an experienced Multi Trader with a valid CSCS card who has roughly 4-5 solid years of experience as a Multi Trader. You will be experienced in a range of trades such as plumbing, electrical, AC units, carpentry, plastering, and general construction work. You will be someone who is independent but can also work well within a team. A fuel card and company van will be provided.
Day to day of the Multi Trader:
- Completing a range of duties on site which can be super varied day to day, including works such as general construction work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, AC units, drainage, etc.
- You will be working independently but also with a range of subcontractors on site who are specialists in their fields, which you will support.
- You will be required to travel between London and the South East depending on the project that you shall be supporting.
Requirements of the Multi Trader:
- Roughly 4-5 years of experience being a Multi Trader working on £100,000 projects.
- Experience in all the different trades detailed above.
- Happy to travel within London and the South East when required; a company van and fuel card are provided.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Any qualifications in any trades would be desirable.
