We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established international organisation to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join its growing finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new NetSuite ERP system, before progressing into a commercially focused management accounting and business partnering role.
The Role
- Initially, you'll support the NetSuite implementation, assisting with data migration, system testing, process improvements and reporting enhancements while working closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Following implementation, you'll prepare monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, analyse business performance, develop KPIs and management information, and partner with the wider business to drive continuous improvement.
About You
- You'll be AAT qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification, with experience in management accounting or a similar finance role.
- You'll have strong analytical and Excel skills, experience using ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite desirable), and enjoy improving processes and building relationships across the business.
- Previous ERP implementation experience would be an advantage but isn't essential.
