My client based in Kent are looking to recruit for a Gardening Maintenance Operative to work alongside their skilled team. They are looking to recruit 1 or 2 individuals due to growth and taking on some prestigious clients in the Kent area. You will be working to high standards with strong attention to detail when completing a range of gardening and maintenance duties:
Day to day of the Gardening Maintenance Operative:

• Attending the yard for 6:45am for morning huddle to discuss the plan for the day and loading the vans.
• Driving to client properties, residential or commercial and updating the team on any possible delays.
• Showing pure professionalism while working on client properties.
• Completing a range of duties such as using different machinery when mowing the lawn, strimming edges, planting flowers, cutting bushes and keeping the garden maintained.
• Building good relationships with clients due to them being repeat business.

Requirements of the Gardening Maintenance Operative:

• Experience in gardening with professional clients or long standing clients.
• Strong attention to detail and completing work to high standards.
• Driving licence and access to own transportation to get to the yard.
• Strong professionalism.
