As Finance Business Partner you will work closely with sales and operations teams to drive performance, providing clear insight into financial results through monthly reporting of KPIs and financials. You will play a key role in embedding robust processes across revenue reporting, billing, pricing, and cost control, ensuring margins are optimised and performance is well understood across the business. You will lead forecasting and budgeting processes, tracking delivery against plans and ensuring actions are clearly defined, monitored, and executed. The role also involves supporting business decisions through appraisals and business cases, as well as working with project teams to ensure benefits are realised and reflected in forecasts. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making and ongoing value creation.

Key Requirements

  • You will be an accomplished finance professional with a relevant accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), with solid experience in Finance Business Partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • You will bring strong analytical and data modelling skills, alongside a commercial, results-driven mindset and a passion for using data to inform decisions.
  • You are a confident communicator and relationship builder, able to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively while also providing support.
  • Resilient and proactive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can clearly explain complex financial information to both non-finance colleagues and senior leadership.

Salary

A salary on offer of between 55,000 and 65,000 DOE plus a range of company benefits.
