- Sourcing suitable temporary and permanent vacancies from a range of clients and VMS platforms
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Mapping new clients, job roles, and key contact details
- Headhunting candidates for specific roles
- Promoting and selling current vacancies to candidates
- Building strong relationships and creating a key contacts list
- Networking within your technical market
- Using LinkedIn and other social media tools to generate candidates and business opportunities
