We are pleased to be partnering exclusively with this growing and innovative manufacturing business in seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and support the continued expansion of its operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven engineering leader with a Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering background who is looking to play a key role in driving engineering performance, production delivery, operational improvement, and business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee engineering activities, develop high-performing teams, implement best practice processes, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Drive engineering performance, accountability, and project delivery
  • Support production, manufacturing, and operational objectives
  • Implement engineering best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee projects from concept through to manufacture and deployment
  • Improve engineering processes, systems, and resource planning
  • Support recruitment, mentoring, and team development
  • Collaborate across engineering, production, and commercial functions

About You

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Previous experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience
  • Experience driving operational improvements and engineering best practice
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to software, electronics, automation, or multidisciplinary engineering environments would be advantageous
