The Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for marketing automation and campaign optimisation, taking ownership of HubSpot activity and digital advertising. You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and optimising HubSpot email campaigns and automated workflows to engage customers and nurture leads.
- Managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns that deliver ROI and support business growth.
- Supporting paid and organic digital marketing activities across PPC, SEO, and social.
- Analysing campaign performance, presenting insights, and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital campaigns.
- Exploring AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance automation and performance.
What We’re Looking For

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
