What you\’ll be doing:

Working across 2-3 projects at a time, spanning sectors such as healthcare, construction, and education-no two days are the same!

Managing your own workload and prioritising effectively

Leading client meetings, answering job-related queries, and providing technical expertise

Creating and overseeing high-quality technical drawings using CAD and Revit

Coordinating with civil engineers and contributing to the full project lifecycle

Representing the business externally in a confident, professional manner

Supporting and eventually taking ownership of project management tasks

What we\’re looking for:

Ideally MCIAT qualified (or working toward it), but relevant experience will be considered

Strong working knowledge of CAD and Revit

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Great communication skills and client-facing confidence

A problem-solver with an eye for technical detail

Ambition to grow into a leadership role
