My client is looking to recruit an AC Engineer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be someone who has at least 3 years of experience, and ductwork knowledge would be desirable. You will have commercial experience, be experienced enough to work independently, complete installations, and read technical drawings.

Day to day of the AC Engineer:

  • Arrive on site for 7:30am promptly using the company van with your own tools.
  • Read technical drawings, interpret schematics and technical specifications including drawings that may not reflect current site conditions.
  • Complete full installations independently or with subcontractors to drawing specifications.
  • Complete occasional maintenance and servicing if installations are not required for projects.
  • Work on a project for either 12 days or potentially on the same project for months at a time.
  • Complete general ductwork or assist more experienced engineers to do so.
  • Be prepared to travel to London locations or surrounding areas.

Requirements of the AC Engineer:

  • City and Guilds level 2 in Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems.
  • FCAS Qualification.
  • Proven experience for at least 3 years.
  • Ductwork knowledge ideally.
