This Internal Sale Advisor role would suit someone who is a driven, articulate individual who not only enjoys managing existing relationships but also enjoys the thrill of developing new relationships from warm leads and lapsed clients. The successful Internal Sales Advisor will be keen to learn their varied product range whilst being a numerical individual who is confident with pricing and negotiating on margin., The duties for this Internal Sales Advisor role will include but not be limited to:

Dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails to/from existing and potential customers

Producing and chasing quotes to conversion

Developing new sales opportunities through various means

Maintaining and updating the prospect database.

Upselling products and services where appropriate.

Provide exceptional levels of customer service

Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Candidates who have experience dealing with wholesalers as a client base and understand this sales cycle would be of particular interest; however, candidates with previous sales / account management experience with a keen, "can do" attitude who are willing to learn would still be shortlisted as attitude is key!
