Water Hygiene Technician -Anywhere Kent, London, Essex or Sussex location
Salary: Competitive + Overtime (1.5x) + Van + Expenses + Fuel Card
Hours: Variable shifts (early mornings/evenings) | On-call 1 in 4 weeks
Location: Field-based, covering local region and nationwide (UK travel)
Our client is expanding and looking for a Water Hygiene Technician with the experience, initiative, and ambition to take the next step in their career. If you\’re hands-on, ready for travel, and qualified in Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA) with LioGella, we want to hear from you.
What You\’ll Be Doing as a Water Hygiene Technician:
- Sampling and analysis of water systems
- Working on cold water storage tanks: cleaning, building, maintaining
- Pipework installation and support (including dead leg removal)
- Attending and supporting pump installations
- Ensuring compliance with water hygiene regulations
- Working across varied environments – domestic, commercial & industrial
- Travelling UKwide when required – all time paid door-to-door
- Occasional overnight stays (accommodation & expenses covered)
Requirements of the Water Hygiene Technician:
- Experience with cold water systems, tanks, and pipework
- Willingness to travel across the UK and work varied hours
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication, organisation, and problemsolving skills
