Salary: Basic Β£26,500 – 31,500 + upto 2 hours over time per day = OTE Β£34,000-Β£41,000 + Benefits
Hours: 6.30 or 7.30am start, 39 hours per week.

We\’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Assembly Technician/ Fitter to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in automotive fitting, mechanical assembly, or working with hydraulics, Pneumatics or electrics, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You\’ll assemble and build high-quality Kits, working with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. You\’ll be part of a professional, supportive team that values quality, efficiency, and innovation – and we\’ll provide the training to help you grow your skills even further.
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve as a Fitter:

  • Assembling fabricated parts, hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Fitting pumps, valves, motors, wiring looms, and pipework
  • Diagnosing and fixing basic faults
  • Working hands-on with air tools, lifting equipment, and technical diagrams

What We\’re Looking For from a mechanical fitter:

  • Background in automotive, mechanical, or plant fitting
  • Apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrics
  • Comfortable working in a physically active role
