We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong work ethics, good numerical skills, and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced hands on environment.
Working within a small, supportive team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time. Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Performing quality control checks before shipment
- Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets in a busy warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Good organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Forklift experience would be advantageous but not essential
