The Role: We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with deep expertise in the Italian regulated gambling market to independently lead and grow our affiliate program strategically.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the affiliate program for the Italian market, focusing on both acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, ensuring achievement of growth and revenue KPIs.
- Identify, recruit, and negotiate with new strategic partners to build a strong network of quality affiliates.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication, contract optimisation, and operational support.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to suggest innovative initiatives that improve affiliate program performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with global marketing activities.
- Produce detailed reports, including KPI analysis and strategic insights, for senior management.
- Represent NetBet at industry events and conferences to promote the affiliate program.
Person Specifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing affiliate programs in the Italian online gambling market.
- Excellent knowledge of ADM regulations and the dynamics of the Italian gambling industry.
- Strong negotiation skills, relationship management, and business development capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance and results.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
