Netball Northern Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Performance and Development Officer to join our team in a fixed full-time role in Belfast. The position combines performance support with development initiatives across clubs, schools and communities, helping to strengthen athlete pathways and member experiences.
You will coordinate programmes, assist events and manage administrative tasks, while travelling across Northern Ireland as needed and occasionally working evenings.
