Netball NI is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team in a dynamic dual role supporting both performance and development programmes across the sport. This exciting position (50% Performance / 50% Development) will play a key role in enhancing athlete pathways, supporting clubs and members, and strengthening the overall delivery of netball across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate performance programmes, supporting athletes, coaches and competitions
  • Assist in delivering development initiatives across clubs, schools and communities
  • Contribute to growing participation and improving member experience
  • Assist with events, programmes, and administrative processes
  • Support data collection and reporting to demonstrate impact

About You

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for sport development and athlete progression
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in sport (netball desirable but not essential)
