About the role
As a Care Assistant (Days), you\’ll provide personal care to residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and getting around our lovely home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships and understand each resident\’s likes, dislikes, and needs.

Responsibilities

Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.

Remain alert to residents\’ physical and mental well‐being at all times.

Help maintain our high standards, ensuring the home is clean and safe.
