As our Site Engagement Coordinator, you will support our leadership team and employees as we continue to build our Ireland site. Your role will be instrumental in employee engagement activities, establishing a communication strategy for the site and contribute to the brand and social awareness campaigns locally and globally to build the IHQ presence.
Your role will include:
- Employee Engagement - contribute to building a strategy for activities and managing including: Social events, Brown bags, Lunch and learns, Visitor engagement
- Program Manage other site-wide events like All Hands, Career weeks and CSR events
- Actively contribute to social media with content and postings
- Build a site communication cadence for sharing internal and external updates
- Update and promote internal Sharepoint site activity
- Assist with marketing and branding initiatives and internal communications for the site
- Design and expedite social packs for sharing with employees for site promotion & awareness
- Working closely on our employer branding topics to further extend our EVP
- Partner with the benefits and onboarding teams to enhance candidate experience
- Work collaboratively with the HR department on Employer Branding activities
- Responsible for creating, collecting material from all teams and publishing a site newsletter
- Assist with events locally in Cork around the build out of the International Headquarters including job fairs, internal employment and culture events
- Engagement with the internal communities to drive membership and engagement
- Tracking our partnerships/memberships as well as documenting the activities
- Admin piece: paperwork coming through - signing - legal documents/customer contracts/procurement contracts - all need to be filed and allocated onwards etc.
- Co-ordination and management of culture and employee engagement funding/budget
Job Requirements:
- Great at prioritizing with strong communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is a plus
- Experience with communications, copywriting/content creation, events, or online marketing
- People-oriented and goal-driven with a self-starter personality
- Excellent English skills
- Good presentation skills would be an advantage
