We’re looking for a results‑driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team in the UK and help us acquire new customers while growing and retaining our existing client base.
Your Mission
- Driving customer acquisition and retention through phone, email, and digital tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.).
- Understanding customer business needs and articulating NetApp’s value proposition to address their challenges.
- Collaborating with partners to provide quotes, tech refreshes, service upgrades, and renewal options.
- Generating opportunities through proactive prospecting (cold calling, targeted campaigns) and managing your pipeline.
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers and prospects, answering technical and commercial inquiries.
- Participating in marketing initiatives (events, campaigns) to boost lead generation.
- Tracking and managing your sales activities in our CRM system (opportunities, forecasting, reporting).
Requirements
- Minimum of 18‑24 months in sales, marketing, or a related field (internships and entry‑level roles welcome).
- Strong sales mindset and ability to persuade and influence (verbal/written).
- Proficiency with prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, CRM).
- Understanding of technological challenges (Cloud, storage, IT solutions).
- Self‑motivated, organized, and a problem‑solver.
- Fluent English (international environment).
- Experience in B2B sales or the IT/Cloud industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems (system integrators, resellers) is a plus.
