As an Enterprise District Manager at NetApp, you are accountable for leading all enterprise sales activity across a defined region, focused on the largest and most complex customer environments. You will own regional revenue performance while driving long‑term, multi‑year growth across a portfolio of strategically critical enterprise accounts. In this role, you will lead a highly matrixed enterprise go‑to‑market organization, aligning Client Executives, solution specialists, technical pre‑sales, partners, and extended stakeholders to execute sophisticated, value‑based sales motions. You will engage at the most senior levels of customer organizations, positioning NetApp as a trusted strategic platform partner aligned to enterprise‑wide data, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives. As a senior executive presence both internally and externally, the Enterprise District Manager serves as a trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders while providing strong leadership, coaching, and direction to a high‑performing enterprise sales team.
Job Requirements
- Own and deliver enterprise segment revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives across a defined region, ensuring predictable execution and sustained account expansion.
- Develop and execute regional enterprise account strategies that balance near‑term results with multi‑year transformation opportunities and strategic deal pursuits.
- Build and maintain trusted executive‑level relationships with CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, and Line‑of‑Business leaders across enterprise customers.
- Personally sponsor and lead the region’s largest and most complex opportunities, ensuring disciplined qualification, governance, forecasting accuracy, and risk management.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Client Executives, setting clear expectations around account planning, value‑based selling, and executive engagement.
- Drive strategic partner engagement with systems integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners, integrating them into enterprise account strategies and deal execution.
- Champion enterprise sales transformation through adoption of AI‑enabled selling, data‑driven decision‑making, and modern sales execution practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑segment sales teams and managing large, complex, multi‑year, high‑value customer engagements.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding enterprise revenue targets and driving sustained growth in technology, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build credibility with C‑suite and senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Highly structured and disciplined leader capable of orchestrating multiple concurrent enterprise sales motions across matrixed organizations.
- Strong business and financial acumen combined with technical credibility across data management, cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and modern enterprise architectures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire high‑performing teams and drive alignment across stakeholders.
