Job Summary The Sales Operations role focuses on strategic planning, performance analysis, process improvement, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales growth and operational excellence.
- Sales Strategy and Process: Business partner to the Area Sales VP, driving the business, challenging decisions and thought leader on how to deliver non-linear growth. Lead, define, and continuously improve sales specific reporting strategies and processes, and develop the associated sales reports and dashboards necessary for executive business review meetings (QBRs etc.).
- Sales Effectiveness: Develop and implement sales operations strategies to increase efficiency and drive sales growth. Analyse sales data to identify trends, make recommendations, and implement action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Sales Productivity: Establish a management framework utilizing forecast, pipeline, win/loss and other sales analytics KPI’s to review, monitor, and develop specific course correction actions to improve forecast predictability, long term pipeline visibility.
