Product Content Producer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join Netacea as our Product Content Producer. This role demands a dynamic content professional who can craft compelling narratives, simplify complex ideas, and captivate audiences across different channels. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong commitment to simplicity and clarity, with the ability to make content fresh and engaging.
• A genuine passion for technology and a desire to help organizations enhance their cybersecurity.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, independent approach to work.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a copywriting or content production role.
• On-page SEO expertise, with familiarity with tools like SEMrush or MarketMuse.
• A solid understanding of how people interact with technology and content.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage external contributors.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Research, write, review, and edit content that drives action—whether it’s clicks, downloads, or sign-ups—aligned with Netacea’s tone and voice.
• Tone-of-Voice Champion: Ensure consistency in style, tone, and clarity across all content, acting as the guardian of Netacea’s brand identity.
• SEO Optimization: Enhance all content for on-page SEO, ensuring it ranks well and reaches the right audience.
• Blog Strategy Management: Support the blog strategy by researching topics, identifying gaps, and creating content that aligns with quarterly themes and GTM priorities.
• Visual Collaboration: Work closely with designers to complement text with visual elements like charts and images, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Sales Enablement & Training: Partner with the Product and Commercial teams to develop sales enablement materials, including demo videos, training decks, and customer journey maps.
• Customer-Centric Content: Develop messaging that resonates with customer personas, aligns with their needs, and drives engagement throughout the sales funnel.
• Project Leadership: Manage content projects, including coordinating with freelancers and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Skills & Knowledge You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling, and action-oriented content.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to create targeted, effective messaging.
• Knowledge of Flesch-Kincaid readability scoring or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of design principles and how to integrate visuals effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and iterate for improvement.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, particularly in cybersecurity or related industries, is a bonus.
• Working from home will be the default albeit with travel to Netacea’s office in Manchester required from time-to-time – Manchester (or surrounding areas) based is possible.
• Looking for someone to start ASAP.
• Someone who can take ownership of tasks, prioritise, and deliver.
