We’re looking for an outstanding Freelance Environment Designer to support Creative Agency’s Brand Design team on a range of building branding projects across brand environments and spaces that express identity. This role is ideal for a designer with strong conceptual and visual design skills who knows how to translate a brand into impactful spatial and architectural experiences. You’ll help shape how the brand shows up across offices, campuses and other brand-led environments, creating work that is visually compelling, strategically considered and executable in the real world.
Responsibilities:
- Environment design & spatial craft.
- Create high-quality design concepts for building branding, environmental graphics, wayfinding moments and spatial storytelling.
- Translate brand strategy and campaign thinking into physical environments.
- Develop design solutions across formats including walls, glazing, large-format graphics, installations and navigational touchpoints.
- Produce presentation-ready visuals, mock-ups and layout concepts that clearly communicate how the brand lives in space.
- Conceptual thinking
- Respond creatively to briefs, generating strong ideas that work within brand and spatial constraints.
- Explore multiple routes and visual directions for review.

- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

- Experience using generative AI tools to support concept exploration and visual development, with a clear eye for quality and brand alignment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
