Qualifications
- 3-5 years technical management experience in eCommerce with hands-on Shopify Plus expertise in multi-instance global environments
- Proven experience with PIM, OMS, and WMS systems
- 10 years IT Business Analysis or technical solution design experience including at least 3-5 years in eCommerce
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify frontend standards, APIs, and data structures
- Track record of translating requirements into practical innovative solutions
- Skilled in technical documentation, requirements gathering, and architecture diagramming
- Proficient in tools for process design, technical specification, and knowledge management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on time, manage multiple priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Setup, configuration, and ongoing management of Shopify Plus instances, integrations, and upgrades
- Oversee and optimise the end-to-end D2C architecture including integrations with PIM, OMS, WMS, Finance, CRM, and Reporting systems
- Manage user permissions, access controls, and customer data privacy requests, deletions, and data access
- Implement and manage Shopify Flows and customer service workflows as needed
- Partner with territory platform managers to align global standards and share best practices
- Translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions and work with engineering teams on frontend and backend design
- Troubleshoot critical Shopify configuration issues in production environments and drive timely resolution
- Create, maintain, and deliver technical documentation, process guidelines, and user training materials
- Act as a bridge between technology and business teams, communicating platform capabilities and enabling adoption
- Continuously refine, document, and train teams in platform usage to improve performance and efficiency
