About the Role
Job Title – Project Manager - Finance
Location – Sheffield, UK
Mode of Work – Hybrid 2 Days onsite in week
Type of Hiring – Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Project Duration – 06-12 Months (Possible Extension)

Key Skills Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services project or programme management
- Proven ability to drive outcomes and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Strong experience in resolving ad hoc queries and structuring complex workstreams
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Infrastructure project experience is advantageous
- Highly organized adaptable and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple projects and programmes ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively
- Resolve ad hoc queries from stakeholders and team members providing clear guidance and practical solutions
- Structure project activities and resources to maximise impact and streamline delivery
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across the business
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address challenges and implement best practices
- Leverage infrastructure experience to support technical aspects of project delivery desirable
