Job Summary: Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java and React to design, develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications with expertise in core Java, multithreading, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS and investment banking domain knowledge.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead development initiatives within the React, Java, Cloud Native skill cluster.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC services to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Kubernetes and AWS.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on Core Java, ReactJS, Kafka and cloud-native best practices.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to security compliance standards and best practices in application development.
- Optimize application performance and scalability based on monitoring and feedback.
