Job Description:

  • Utilize GitHub CoPilot to enhance coding productivity and improve automation scripting quality.
  • Manage source code and configuration files effectively using Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and deployment tasks.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and optimize CICD pipelines ensuring seamless application delivery.
  • Monitor automation workflows and infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, source control and deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps automation and CICD methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and implementation of automation and infrastructure solutions within the DevOps CICD skill cluster.
  • Drive adoption of Git and GitHub CoPilot for source control and automation scripting best practices.
  • Develop, review and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate routine operational and deployment tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure and maintainable infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure security compliance and best practices are followed in automation and source code management.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Document automation workflows, configurations and troubleshooting procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
