Job Description
- Source Data Preparation: Export and prepare media assets and metadata from Avid MAM for migration.
- Organize source data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Metadata Migration: Extract, enrich, and validate metadata from Avid MAM systems.
- Ensure metadata integrity and linkage between media objects and assignments.
- Normalize metadata for compatibility with downstream ingestion workflows.
- Media Migration: Execute migration workflows to transfer media assets from AWS S3 archives to cloud-based processing environments.
- Validate successful transfers and troubleshoot issues during migration.
- Support ingestion workflows within Mimir to process assets, generate proxies, and archive content into Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration with file transfer platform.
