About the Role

Responsibilities
- AWS configuration for services like Transfer Family, a small number of EC2s, EFS, etc.
- Helm Charts management taking from lower dev envs and ensuring they work in the uppers.
- Argo CD daily usage.
- Argo Rollouts implementing blue Green and canary deployment strategies.
- Git Lab CD pipelines build and support upper level pipelines.
- Understand GIT branch strategies in large scale multienvironment implementations.
- Environment builds new client builds.
- Involved with supporting performancechaos testing teams.
- Production release strategies and level 3 support for deployments.
Experience
At least 7 years IT experience in large scale, preferably financial environments.
Must have at least 4 years Dev Ops experience with
- Kubernetes: good kubectl command knowledge.
- Containers: docker and/or podman images stored in Harbor.
- AWS.
- Git Lab.
- Linux commands and bash scripting.
- SSL: good understanding of diagnosing connectivity issues.
- Experience of using standard management processes such as incident, change, release, problem, etc.
- Preferably have experience using Jira, Splunk, Dynatrace, Python, Redis, Kafka, Hashi Corp Vault secrets management.
