Role - Service Desk Specialist
Primary Skill - Service Desk - 3-5 years
Mode - 5 days from office
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring improvement of the two previous processes through analysis reviews and reporting as well as through automation competence building knowledge sharing and other organizational changes.
- Support problem identification.
- Escalate unresolved problems to a higher level of support if needed.
- Provide essential online security advice and support.
- Use experience to address user problems and interrogate database for potential solutions.
- During change, act systematically to respond to day-to-day operational needs and react to them, avoiding service disruptions and maintaining coherence to SLA and information security requirements.
- Respond to common requests for service by providing information to enable fulfilment.
- Promptly allocate unresolved calls as appropriate.
