- 15 years of IT experience managing multiple projects in Agile methodology
- Experience in retail and ecommerce domain is a must
- Experience in 3rd party integrations to deliver specialized ecommerce capabilities
- Good customer facing and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing digital eCommerce engagements
- Expertise in integrated tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence
- Expertise in program management including scope, schedule, risk, and cost management
