- 15 years of IT experience managing multiple projects in Agile methodology.
- Experience in retail and ecommerce domain is a must.
- Experience in 3rd party integrations to deliver specialized ecommerce capabilities.
- Good customer facing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing digital eCommerce engagements.
- Expertise in integrated tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence.
- Expertise in program management including scope, schedule, risk, and cost management.
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling multiple scrum teams for program delivery.
