Role: People Consultant Location: Osterley, UK Duration: Contract IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Domain: Telecom / Media / Broadband You will join the people team supporting the business across the Group (UK & I, Germany & Italy) on delivering critical change initiatives. What you’ll do: Work alongside the People Partners, focusing on delivering the critical change initiatives which drive business strategy Lead people change projects and solutions to enable business outcomes Support business leaders with organizational change and business unit design, being responsible for the delivery of the change process Ensure the effective application of People procedures and policies, providing guidance for the business, to ensure there is integrity in all our people decisions Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change and identifying any potential risk Develop and deliver fit for purpose analysis, recommendations, presentations and other project outputs Work in the People Change delivery team to delivery a programme of work across the Group, working closely with the People Coordination, Legal, HR Tech and Recruitment teams. What you’ll bring: Strong communication and relationship building skills Demonstrable experience supporting business leaders with org change and business unit design, including experience in the delivery of all types of people change. Strong experience of working with business stakeholders with a pragmatic and solution orientated style. Demonstrable experience delivering end to end projects involving multiple partners within and outside of HR.
