You will join the people team supporting the business across the Group (UK & I, Germany & Italy) on delivering critical change initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Work alongside the People Partners, focusing on delivering the critical change initiatives which drive business strategy
- Lead people change projects and solutions to enable business outcomes
- Support business leaders with organizational change and business unit design, being responsible for the delivery of the change process
- Ensure the effective application of People procedures and policies, providing guidance for the business, to ensure there is integrity in all our people decisions
- Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change and identifying any potential risk
- Develop and deliver fit for purpose analysis, recommendations, presentations and other project outputs
- Work in the People Change delivery team to delivery a programme of work across the Group, working closely with the People Coordination, Legal, HR Tech and Recruitment teams.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrable experience supporting business leaders with org change and business unit design, including experience in the delivery of all types of people change.
- Strong experience of working with business stakeholders with a pragmatic and solution orientated style.
- Demonstrable experience delivering end to end projects involving multiple partners within and outside of HR.
- A broad understanding of different aspects of HR including a strong understanding of People policies and processes
- The ability to work both alone and collaboratively, working closely with your peers in the People team and more broadly across client.
