🚀 We're Hiring: Google CCAI & Dialogflow Engineer/Developer

📍 Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Livingston (preferred) or Osterley

🕒 Type: Full-Time

Are you a talented Engineer/Developer with a passion for crafting intelligent voice experiences? We’re on the lookout for an expert in Google CCAI and Dialogflow to join our team and help shape the future of customer interaction.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing cutting-edge Google Dialogflow voice bots
• Creating seamless API integrations
• Contributing to GenAI-enabled voice bot development
• Collaborating with a talented team of developers, managers, technical principals, and architects
• Building rich customer experiences across voice, chat, and messaging channels

🛠️ What You Bring:

• Proven expertise in Google CCAI , Dialogflow , and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong software development background
• Experience with GenAI voice bots is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Bonus points for knowledge of GraphQL and advanced API integration

👥 Work Setup:

• Hybrid model: 2 days onsite in Livingston (preferred) or Osterley
