We are looking for an Investment Associate to join a leading sustainable infrastructure investor on a specific, time-bound mandate: the merger of two companies held within the same fund portfolio.
This is a hands-on, transactional role. You will be running financial and legal due diligence, managing advisors, building models, and contributing directly to deal structuring and execution. The timeline is tight, the work is real, and you will have genuine responsibility from day one.
