Investment Associate – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an Investment Associate to join a leading sustainable infrastructure investor on a specific, time-bound mandate: the merger of two companies held within the same fund portfolio.

You will be running financial and legal due diligence, managing advisors, building models, and contributing directly to deal structuring and execution.

Looking for 3-5 years in PE, IB or Corporate Finance in the Energy Transition space.
