If you’re driven by the satisfaction of turning a signed contract into a fully compliant, thriving solar installation and you relish the challenge of problem-solving in a fast-growing environment, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Why this role

You’ll become the linchpin between sales, installations and compliance, owning the delivery journey from contract signing through to MCS certification. Your proactive approach will transform how we operate, making you an indispensable leader in an expanding renewable energy business.

What you’ll do

  • You will lead two dedicated office administrators, setting priorities, delegating tasks and fostering accountability to meet strict deadlines. Each morning, you’ll review progress, align resources and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring our admin function operates like clockwork.
  • On the operational front, you will coordinate installation schedules, arrange scaffolding, liaise with suppliers and maintain meticulous compliance records. You’ll monitor project milestones, flag potential delays before they happen and keep customers informed with your confident, solution-focused communication.
