Location: Hybrid (minimum four days a week in our London HQ at SPACES Victoria; relocating to Holborn/Chancery Lane in September 2026)

As our HR & Office Coordinator, you’ll own the administrative backbone of our employee lifecycle and the day-to-day running of our central office. With the central team growing towards 30 headcount, leadership needs you to own contracting, onboarding, offboarding and facilities—so they can focus on strategy, and you can shine in delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • You will prepare and issue all offer letters and contracts, run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding checklists, and keep our HR system (BrightHR) impeccably accurate.
  • On any given morning, you might be verifying right-to-work documentation, pulling headcount reports for the exec team, or ensuring every keyboard and webcam is logged and ready for use.
  • In September 2026, you’ll spearhead logistical planning for our move to Holborn/Chancery Lane, coordinating suppliers and setting up the new space.

You’ll bring one to three years’ experience in HR or office coordination, paired with meticulous attention to process and compliance. You’re discreet with confidential data and confident navigating an HR system.
