If you want to build a career in recruitment, this is the kind of opportunity that gives you the right foundations from day one. You will not be expected to know everything immediately. You will be trained, coached and developed by an experienced leadership team who will help you understand what great candidate sourcing, outreach and assessment really looks like.

You will be joining a specialist recruitment business working across solar, EV charging, eMobility and the wider net zero markets. These are sectors with real momentum, real purpose and long-term demand, giving you the chance to build your recruitment career in markets that are shaping the future.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on initial candidate outreach, candidate generation and first-stage assessment for live recruitment assignments. You will use a wide range of recruitment tools, search platforms, CRM systems and market-mapping techniques to identify high-quality candidates and start meaningful conversations.

This business is at the forefront of recruitment technology, using AI and automation where appropriate to improve search, speed, organisation and insight. But this is not a role where technology replaces judgement. You will be trained to use modern recruitment tools intelligently while protecting the human element that matters most: understanding a candidate's motivations, aspirations, career goals and genuine interest in a role.

You will be joining a growing, specialist recruitment business that supports companies hiring across clean energy, electric vehicle infrastructure, sustainability and wider net zero projects. The team works with pace, structure and high standards, but the environment is supportive, practical and focused on helping people improve.

This is a business that values accurate candidate assessment, strong process management and proper conversations. You will learn how to look beyond a CV, ask better questions and understand whether someone can do the job and whether they truly want the job.

You may already have experience in sales, customer service, recruitment resourcing, telesales or another phone-based role. What matters most is that you are confident speaking to people, willing to learn, organised in your approach and motivated by results.

You will need to be coachable, resilient and comfortable working in a pace-driven environment where quality matters. An interest in renewable energy, EV charging, sustainability or technical recruitment would be useful, but full sector training will be provided.

You will receive a structured training plan, daily coaching and a funded NVQ Level 3 in Recruitment. Alongside your salary, you have access to a clear commission and bonus structure designed to reward consistency, successful placements and personal delivery.

If you are ready to start a recruitment career in a future-focused market, with proper training, modern tools and human-led coaching, we would love to hear from you. Contact Lindsay Warren on 07852509003 or email your CV to lindsay@netzeroevolution.com
