Your New Role

You’ll be responsible for recruiting across the renewables sector, including electricians, installers, technicians, engineers, project managers and sales professionals. You’ll interview candidates daily, using your recruitment experience in engineering, construction or technical trades to assess both capability and motivation, ensuring every person you represent CAN do the job and genuinely WANTS to do it.

This is a true start‑up environment: fast‑moving, high‑pressure and outcomes‑driven. Every call you make, every interview you run, every decision on who to back has a direct impact on our growth – and ultimately on the value of the equity you can earn in the business. There’s nowhere to hide: you’ll own your numbers, your pipeline and your market. You’ll also gather market intelligence and support our Client Development Manager to deliver exceptional service to our growing base of start‑up, SME & corporate clients. As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of accounts and build your own client relationships.
