Your New Role

As a Project Manager, you will take the lead on upcoming onshore wind projects, driving them forward while ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. You will play a key role in providing technical input during the project development phase, estimating and tracking project costs, and managing the production of programmes, site layout drawings, swept path analyses, and related technical documentation. The role also involves procurement, tendering, and negotiating construction contracts, alongside day-to-day management during pre-construction and construction phases. You will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all areas.

Your Background

You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in delivering onshore wind, civil engineering, or construction projects, with a methodical and process-focused approach to your work. Strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent communication and organisational skills, will ensure you excel in this role. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a full UK driving licence are essential, as is the flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required.
