You’ll work directly with the Managing Director in a tight, high-trust team. With market-leading technology built into the way we operate, you won’t be “busy” for the sake of it - you’ll be effective. The result is a faster learning curve, higher output, and a genuine path to becoming a top biller without burning out.
Why this role: You’ll be embedded in a specialist desk delivering talent into Energy Trading, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and EV Charging. These markets move quickly, reward quality, and are packed with smart, mission-driven people - exactly the sort of networks you’ll be proud to build.
What you’ll do: Your focus is delivery: mapping talent, engaging high-calibre candidates, managing processes end-to-end, and creating shortlists that clients trust. You’ll learn consultative recruitment properly - not spray-and-pray - with the tools and guidance to run tighter, more productive workflows than “traditional” agencies.
About the company: We’re a specialist recruitment business supporting the energy transition. We invest heavily in tech and process so our consultants can be around three times as productive as the market average - and so performance is rewarded fairly and transparently.
About you: You might be a trader looking for a people-focused career, or an SDR used to high standards, targets, and objections. You’re confident on the phone, curious about energy markets, and motivated by doing work that improves lives and the planet. Rewards & growth: You’ll get a full training plan, clear progression targets, and a milestone-based route to equity in the business. Alongside your basic salary up to £30k, you’ll have uncapped commission and a realistic runway to earn £100k+ per annum within 2–3 years based on performance.
Working pattern: You must be able to work Eastern Time hours: 11:00–20:00 Monday to Thursday, and 08:30–17:30 on Fridays. Benefits include 24 days paid holiday plus your birthday off, and an additional volunteering leave day.
