Position Title: Engineering Administrator
Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 per year + Benefits
Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 3-4 days in office)

Your New Role
As the Engineering Administrator, you’ll act as the central link between field engineers, project managers, suppliers, and clients. Your responsibilities will range from planning daily work schedules and tracking maintenance jobs to preparing documentation like RAMS, test certificates, and commissioning reports. You’ll write concise meeting summaries, update the front pages of proposal documents, manage file versions, and keep compliance records up to date.
Your Background
You’ll come from a coordination, technical admin, or operations support role, ideally within engineering, electrical, construction, or renewables.. You’re someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable writing up reports, and confident navigating spreadsheets, document trackers, and client portals. Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or job management tools would be a plus.
