Electrician–Solar, Battery & EV Installations

£36,000 starting salary, rising to £40,000 after training.
Your New Role
As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for installing and commissioning solar PV systems, battery storage units, and EV chargers across domestic properties. You’ll ensure all electrical work meets current regulations, hand over systems to customers, and work closely with a friendly team to deliver a high‑quality service from start to finish. You’ll typically work within 90 minutes of Cheltenham and finish most days by early afternoon. Full training is provided for solar technologies if you haven’t worked in the sector before!
Your Background
You’re a qualified electrician with strong technical skills and lots of experience installing electrical systems and wiring in domestic property a customer‑first mindset, and a reliable, proactive approach on‑site. You don’t need previous renewables experience – just a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to represent the company professionally. You’re a team player with a full UK driving licence and the ability to overcome challenges as they arise.

You’ll be joining a tight knit and fast‑growing business in one of the UK’s most in demand sectors. The role starts on a salary of £36,000, then rising to £40,000.
