This fast-growing renewable energy company has been delivering high-quality solar PV and battery solutions across the Southeast since 2010. With a strong reputation in both residential and commercial markets, they’re now part of a larger clean energy group driving innovation and sustainability in the home energy space. Backed by significant investment and a strong customer base, this is a business committed to the long-term energy transition — and their people are central to that journey.
You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of solar and battery storage projects — from large residential installs to larger commercial systems and maintenance contracts. Working closely with the Head of Operations and a wider delivery team, you’ll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing technical requirements, stakeholder engagement, timelines and budgets. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning plans into real-world impact.
We’re looking for someone with at least two years of project management experience in solar, battery storage or wider renewables from a technical electrical background. You’ll need to be confident managing teams and third-party contractors, coordinating multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of communication and compliance. Familiarity with PV systems, EV charging, and storage technology is a MUST — as are electrical qualifications. Most of all, we’re after someone who’s proactive, practical, and passionate about sustainable energy.
You’ll join a well-respected business at a pivotal time, with strong backing and ambitious growth plans. The package includes 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday off, a company pension, private healthcare, and performance bonuses. You’ll also get a laptop and any kit you need to succeed. This is a company that values team culture, with regular socials and a shared mission to make home energy cleaner, smarter, and more efficient.
