Trainee Scaffolder

We are looking for a Trainee Scaffolder to join a busy construction site in London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is physically fit, hardworking and ambitious, and who wants to learn the scaffolding trade while gaining valuable experience on site. You will work alongside experienced scaffolders, supporting the team with general labouring duties while developing your knowledge and skills. Full training will be provided as you progress in the role.,

• Assist scaffolders with general labouring duties and learn the trade
• Load and unload deliveries
• Learn about different scaffolding equipment and how it is used
• Develop knowledge of manual handling and site health and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team while developing your practical construction skills
• Work at height once fully trained and competent
• Follow site rules, health and safety procedures and instructions at all times
• Strong, physically fit and hardworking
• Ambitious and keen to develop a career in scaffolding
• Willing to learn and take on new skills
• Reliable, proactive and flexible
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous construction or labouring experience is desirable
• Holds a valid CSCS card
• Aged 18 or over due to the nature of the site work, If you are hardworking, willing to learn and looking to build a long-term career in construction, we would love to hear from you.
