We are recruiting experienced Retrofit Ventilation Installers to join a growing team delivering energy efficiency improvements to homes across Greater London, including North London, Essex and Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on retrofit projects that improve ventilation, reduce damp and mould, and enhance the comfort and energy performance of residential properties.
THE ROLE
As a Retrofit Ventilation Installer, you will work in occupied residential properties carrying out ventilation improvement works as part of wider retrofit programmes.
You will deliver high-quality installations while providing excellent customer service to residents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- * Install trickle vents within residential properties.
- * Remove, trim and resize internal doors where required.
- * Prepare walls for the installation of extraction and ventilation units.
- * Carry out all associated preparation works.
- * Ensure installations comply with Building Regulations Part F and company standards.
- * Complete digital job reports and installation records.
- * Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
- * Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- * Previous experience in a similar retrofit ventilation installation role.
- * Strong customer service and communication skills.
- * Good understanding of Building Regulations Part F relating to domestic ventilation.
- * Strong commitment to health and safety and site compliance.
- * Ability to complete digital reports accurately.
- * Full UK driving licence.
- WHAT'S ON OFFER
- * £27,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- * Full-time, permanent position.
