We combine software and on‑site services into an integrated advisory and delivery service for Housing Associations, Local Authorities, institutional private asset owners, and private landlords. We are the largest player of our kind in the UK, supporting over 15,000 homes a year today. We are a growing team with ambitious growth targets.
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and professional Domestic Energy Assessors to join our growing team in the North West of England. This is a full‑time employed position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, delivering high‑quality energy assessments and stock condition surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out EPCs and/or Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties
- Maintain accurate data collection and reporting standards
- Engage professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues
- Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards
